Great points! I especially like that you said “doesn’t need to be jacked”. There’s a huge difference between being physically fit and being “jacked.”
Jacked, in fact, is often less healthy, especially when we start talking about what you have to do to achieve that bodybuilder-esque physique — steroids, crash-dieting, etc.
Do you follow Dr. Peter Attia? He’s done some fantastic work in this area.
